How We Work

Learn How the Process Works

Customer Focused

Expert Craftsmanship

Quality Materials

Step 1: Start the Conversation

First thing’s first: start the conversation. We understand this kind of project requires a high level of communication and comfortability between the client and our team. The purpose of these first interactions are to understand your goals, your design and your budget.

Step 2: Site Visit

We come on site to meet with you and stake out (literally) different size spas and designs. This is a free-flowing ideation meeting and critical to the process!

Step 3: Proposal and Design

By this point, we have a good understanding of your goals, your design and your budget. We will take this knowledge and create a proposal specific to this criterion. This proposal will include the exact cost of the project with detailed measurements and design. Nashville Dip Pools can also create 3D renderings of the proposal.

Step 4: Signed Contract

and Permitting

After the customer signs the contract, Nashville Dip Pools immediately gets to work on developing the site plan and other permitting related documents. Once these have been completed, Nashville Dip Pools will submit the building to permit to city and county offices, as well as HOAs.

Step 5: Installation

Once the permit has been issued, the pool is ordered and once on site, Nashville Dip Pools will excavate, install and connect the spa.

Step 6: Finishing

This phase is for the finishing touches on the project. Every spa will receive coping, which are the stone slabs that overlay the edge of the spa, some type of hardscaping (concrete slab or pavers are the most common) and landscaping.
