Creating a budget for the project—our pools start at $60k

We’ll schedule an on-site meeting with you at your home to walk the yard, stake out possible pool sizes, and discuss how you plan to use the space. This is a collaborative conversation where we explore design possibilities, understand your priorities, and align everything with your budget.

If the design is simple, we get straight to bidding the project. If there are multiple elements and materials selection, a design of the site through 3D renders and construction plans helps to paint a clear project. We understand how important it is to marry the design with the budget.

Once the bid is approved, we handle the permitting process. Depending on your zoning and municipality, this phase can take anywhere from two weeks to two months. We manage all submissions, revisions, and follow-ups with the permitting office so you don’t have to.

With permits in hand, we break ground. This is when the vision starts to come to life. Most projects take about 6–8 weeks from start to finish, depending on scope and weather. Our team handles everything from excavation to final finishing.
