Set on a steep hillside, this two-level deck and fiberglass dip pool create a seamless retreat—proving that even the most challenging landscapes can become effortless luxury.
When this homeowner—an accomplished CEO who splits her time between Nashville and California—purchased her new home, she had a vision: a low-maintenance backyard that blended style, comfort, and functionality. She wanted a space where she could relax after her frequent travels, entertain friends and family (especially her daughter and son-in-law), and enjoy amenities like a fire feature, a dining area, and, of course, a dip pool.
She had already hired a deck builder and brought Nashville Dip Pools on board to integrate a pool into the design. Working hand-in-hand, we created a plan that brought every wish to life.
Tackling a Steep Challenge
The property’s backyard came with a dramatic 30-foot slope from the back door to the lower edge of the lot. In most cases, this would require an expensive, engineered retaining wall—but we took a different approach. By using The Little Pool Company’s innovative, structurally supported fiberglass pools, we provided a cost-effective solution without the need for heavy earthworks.
A Two-Level Deck for Every Occasion
The homeowner chose composite decking for its durability and low maintenance, ensuring the space would look beautiful for years to come.
Luxury Details & Easy Living
